The brief - a fully integrated EPOS solution with remote management

The Rum Fox required a comprehensive EPoS system for this brand new opening. The pub, a stylish and cosy den, rooted in the rolling hills of the glorious Ribble Valley. Providing the finest food and drink available with the emphasis on the seasonal, the local and on the surprising.

The flagship Lancashire pub needed an EPoS system that would be easy for the staff to operate, and have the ability to sell digital gift vouchers online and on-site.  

Real-time reporting was also a key requirement for the pub management team to ensure they could keep track of sales and update products quickly and easily from anywhere.

Menus at the Rum Fox can change on a daily basis to suit the seasonal produce available on any given day, so they need to be able to be updated simply via the EPoS system.

Following the complete expansion and refurbishment of the pub to cater for drinkers and diners, the Mobo team have provided two TouchPoint till terminals with QR code readers for digital gift vouchers. Two front of house printers for receipts, drink order printers and kitchen printers for food. A cloud back office system with ecommerce enables remote business management and online gift vouchers to be sold through their website.

The EPoS System installation is paired with Dojo payment terminals allowing the staff to take payments both at the bar and at the table side.
